We Educate is looking for dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream primary schools across Leigh-on-Sea.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs. This could involve working one-to-one with a child, supporting small intervention groups or assisting within the classroom to ensure every pupil can thrive.
Pay: £92 – £115 per day
Your Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Encourage pupils to participate confidently in lessons and school activities.
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop independence.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support each child’s progress.

Qualifications or experience that would be advantageous include:
- Teaching Assistant qualifications
- Health & Social Care
- Early Years (EYFS)
- Childcare
- Education, Psychology or similar degrees
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
