About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers to join schools in Thurrock across a range of subjects. This role is perfect for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about inspiring students and supporting their learning across the curriculum.
You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, monitor pupil progress, and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in your subject area
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
- Assess, track, and report on student progress
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils’ academic and personal development
- Uphold school behaviour policies and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
