About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support that meets each child’s individual needs. You’ll help pupils build confidence, develop key skills and access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.
No two days are ever the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for those who enjoy working with children.
Pay: £92 – £115 per day
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Providing one-to-one support and leading small group interventions.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence.
- Helping pupils remain engaged and confident throughout the school day.
- Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to helping children succeed.
Relevant qualifications or experience include:
- Teaching Assistant qualifications
- Health & Social Care
- Early Years (EYFS)
- Childcare
- Education, Psychology or related degrees
Previous experience is welcomed but not essential—we’re keen to hear from anyone with a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
