Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: £150–£220 per day

We Educate Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming schools in Southend-on-Sea from September 2026.

The Role:
- Delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
- Following lesson plans and ensuring continuity of learning
- Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Supporting pupils across a range of abilities
- Adapting to different school environments and teaching requirements
- Providing feedback to school staff where appropriate
- Contributing to a positive learning experience for pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching within a primary or secondary school setting
- Is adaptable, reliable and confident in the classroom
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is passionate about education and supporting pupil progress
