Requirements :
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Clear communication skills
Experience in assessing and tracking pupil progress
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
